Friday I'm in Love - Week 14

Happy Friday everyone!!  So this week's Friday I'm In Love favorites have no rhyme or reason - no theme this week - just all things that I fell in love with.  That said, I'm just going to jump right in!

I saw this couch the other day and was quite literally floored.  Natalie from Johnny in a Dress completely transformed this vinyl couch with spray paint!!  It started out as gray, and not is a beautiful creamy white.  Unbelievable - spray paint a couch?  My husband would think I was crazy if I ever approached him with that idea!!  Then I could just show him this!!

I have seen blueprint artwork at Restoration Hardware, and loved it.  Becca from From Gardners to Bergers made this great knockoff!  She shares a tutorial on her blog - love this idea!!

So, my husband is about to kill me because I have 7 wood pallets taking up space in my garage that I haven't decided what to do with.  Now - I may have found an idea!!  Alicia made this AWESOME pallet bed - I love everything - from the headboard to the linens!! She shared lots of great pictures at her blog La Famille - head over to see the rest!

I think these sailboat invitations speak for themselves.  Aren't they adorable??  Alexis from Jac o' lyn Murphy has outdone herself with these.  I love the clean lines and wood base - SO cute!!

Finally - I am a sucker for a white cottage room.  I just love this Late Summer Decor from Kristy at Starfish Cottage.  This is her living room, but she also shared her family room and dining room in this post.  Kristy, can I move in please?

I hope you enjoyed my favorites this week!  If you were featured, feel free to grab a button from my sidebar.  Don't forget - only two more days to enter my giveaway!!  Also - tune in tonight for my Saturday Social Linky Party!!!

Friday I'm In Love - Trash to Treasure Style!!

Happy Friday everyone!!  I have just been itching to buy some Annie Sloan Chalk paint and redo some old piece of furniture.  BUT, alas, I have had no time as of late.  So instead, I have to obsess over other people's wares.

That brings me to this week's addition of Friday I'm In Love - Trash to Treasure Furniture Style!!

These faux-stenciled tables made by Connie from Salvage Savvy are so great!  Pretty cute for $28, wouldn't you say?  How are they faux-stenciled you ask?  Head over to her blog to find out!!

I heart this Blue Farmhouse Table!!  This is the kind of project I'm talking about!!  Linda from Our Lovely Bungelow did such an amazing job on this transformation!  You have to see the chairs she painted and recovered as well.  I'm so jealous!!

All I can say about this Campaign Dresser from Wildwood Creek is that I WANT THIS IN MY HOUSE!!   Don't suppose you'll be re-selling this on Craigslist Katie??  It's gorgeous!!!

Kristine from The Painted Hive painted this Side Table to Chippy Perfection!  This vignette is so perfect - love the white walls, white paint, leather chair, fan - everything!!  Also - congrats on the new baby Kristine!!

And finally, the colors of this Vanity Desk are so beautiful!   Megan from the team at Elizabeth & Co outdid herself on this one!  Love the mix of gray and white, and LOVE the casters!!

That's all for today, I hope you enjoyed looking at this eye candy as much as I did!!  If you were featured, feel free to grab a button from my sidebar!

Friday I'm In Love - Week 12 - Back to School!

We have had our ups and downs during this first week of Kindergarten.  Mom got happy, then sad, and then mad!  Hopefully next week will be better!  I want to keep the spirits up, and share some AMAZING Back to School projects that I found this week.  Practice the Power of Positive Thinking, right???

I absolutely LOVE this Back To School A+ TShirt by Desiree at The 36th Avenue.  I only took her 15 minutes to make, and she shared the full tutorial on her blog.  Isn't it so cute??

My next love affair has been with Rebecca's Back To School Reading Log.  I just love the bright colors.  What a great idea, and great way to get the kiddos reading!!  AND, she offers the free printable for you to make your very own! Head over to Simple as That to snatch it!!

Wouldn't you love to give your new teacher this Pencil Vase filled with Oreo Pops??  Maybe I need to make one of these for Addison's teacher (do you think that would be considered a bribe)?  Amanda from It's Always a Party at the Parkers!  not only shares how to make the adorable vase, but ALSO the lollipops and a free printable!   Love!!

Amy and Emily at Sisters of the Wild West shared this awesome Back to School Desk that they made.  From the chalk paint, to the painted top - it's just so adorable!  Hop over to their blog to see the amazing before and after transformation!

Can you guess what these chalkboards are made of?  CHOCOLATE!  Beth at Hungry Happenings is amazing.  I could not believe for a second that this was edible - until I read her Chocolate Chalkboard tutorial.   That is some serious talent and creativity!!

That's all for this week!  Such cute back to school projects - makes me realize what a slacker I have been lately!!  I need to get on it in the crafting department!!  If you were featured, feel free to grab a button from my sidebar!

Come back tonight for the PARTY!!  It's week 12 of Saturday Social!!!

Friday I'm In Love - Week 11!

I am on a total vintage kick lately - I am in love with anything that is, or looks, old.  I mean I always love vintage, but for some reason I find myself drawn to these items more than usual. I think this week's Friday I'm Love picks reflect my antique mood.

I was absolutely enamored with Linda's Clipboard Bling over at Delight.  I am totally drawn to the sparkly thing - isn't it purty??  LOVE!

Something about this scene makes me want to sit and stay awhile, maybe enjoy a fresh glass of lemonade, read a book??  I love this little antique vignette that Lara at Air Kiss put together.  Doesn't it look like it's out of a magazine??

Dear Lillie is one of my favorite blogs - I seriously cannot get enough of Jennifer's style.  Her home is beautiful, her children are precious and he photos are amazing.  She has been talking about putting together a Jane Austen Book Party for awhile, and I was so excited this week when she finally posted the photos!!  You need to look at them all!!

I have seen a lot of grain sack pillows in the blogosphere, but these from Blue Clear Sky stood out to me.  I love the stripes, and the freehand No. 8 that Elizabeth created. They look so authentic!!  These are going in my "Things I want to Make" pinboard!!

Finally, this Summer Mantle is like a breath of fresh air!  I love the color palette and all of the accessories!  Debra at Common Ground did such an amazing job reflecting light and adding so much texture - I just think this is so beautiful!!  You have to see all of her pics!

Friday I'm In Love - Week 10!!

Hey Everyone!  It's been a crazy week - actually it's been a crazy past couple of weeks!!  I have not had an ounce of time to craft or blog since Addison's party so I apologize for being MIA lately.

One thing I want to mention is that I am creeping up on 100 followers - only 11 more to go!!  I have been planning to do a giveaway when I reach 100, so please send any love my way that you can!!  I can't wait to celebrate with you all!!

Today I want to share my Friday I'm In Love Favorites with you.  I am not too busy to give some credit to those bloggers out there who have been hard at work and making some incredible things!!

When I saw the tutorial for these AMAZING Leather Clutches at WobiSobi, I swooned!!  I love leather, and Anne never ceases to amaze me!  No matter what the season, I think these would make a beautiful addition to any ensemble!

Maggie at Midwestern Sewing Girl shared her tutorial for these super cute Photo Tiles!  I LOVE these!!  I thought these would also be great to make as drink coasters - I think I may have to add that to my project list!!  How cute are these??!!

Laura Beth from A Step In The Journey totally transformed a pair of end tables, and this is one of them.  You have to hop over to her blog to see the before and after photos - it is seriously a HUGE difference!  I love the way this came out!!

I have never seen trim work done quite so beautifully as this from This Home Of Ours!  This is such a creative way to add "WOW" to a bedroom.  This is such an inspiration!!!

I totally fell in love with this Acid Wash Mirror from PB&J Stories.  Pamela gives a full tutorial in her post - I never would have thought this would be so easy!!  Just make sure to read her warnings about working with acid.  LOVE this!!

Thanks for checking out my Friday Favorites!!  Don't forget to come back tonight to link up for Saturday Social!!

Friday I'm In Love

Wow - this has been a crazy week for me!!  Work has been super insane, AND I have been preparing for Addison's birthday party tomorrow.  Whew - I'm exhausted!!  But, it's Friday, so that's reason to celebrate with some much needed eye candy from the blogosphere!!

First I found Michelle's Seaside Memento Display over at Sweet Something design.  I love the wire frame - where can I get one of those??  She also shared a tutorial on how she made the sand dollar and starfish display - what great ideas!  Looks like something right out of Pottery Barn!!

Jaime Lyn at Crafty, Scrappy, Happy made this amazing headboard and foot board out of old doors (her husband helped a little).  The white is so crisp - and I love the bedding too!!  They even built the side panels.  I am sure their guests will love sleeping here!!

I am a sucker for burlap - I just love it to pieces.  When I came across Laurie's wreath this week at Gallamore West, I fell in love all over again.  The wreath frame is beautiful itself, but the shells, splash of blue and cute paper bunting takes the cake.  This is pinned and waiting for me to make!!

I am not really sure how, but for some reason Ashley aka Little Miss Momma has just found her way into my life (aka blog feed)!  Her blog is amazing, and I was literally stopped in my tracks when I saw her Whimsical Craft Room this week!  These colors are so bright, fun and inspiring!!

Finally - don't you just LOVE this wool laptop sleeve??  Jaime at That's My Letter made this using a sports coat!!  I wish I had a laptop so I could have a reason to make this.  Although - a sleeve like this would work for hubby too!  Love the texture, the color - everything!!

If you were featured, feel free to grab a button from my side bar.  I can't wait to share all of the things I have been working on for Addison's party - I think it's going to turn out really cute!

Friday I'm In Love

There is no rhyme or reason to this week's addition of Friday I'm In Love.  The common thread to all of these is that they are all fantastic projects, and deserve all of the Love I can give!!  If you were featured - feel free to grab a button from my sidebar!

OK - this first one - is a 3-D PAPER Princess Castle that Judy's Handmade Creations made for her daughter's birthday party.  This is beyond incredible - it came out so perfect, right down to the glitter!!

Julie at Less-Than-Perfect Life of Bliss outdid herself with this one.  See this pretty bench?  It started out as a coffee table!   It's so beautiful - you have to check out the whole room on her blog - it looks so great in there!

I saw this in my blog feed, and fell in love!  Kelli and Kristi at Lolly Jane repurposed an old apron into this adorable little sundress.  I wish I had one of these for Addie!!

Carrie at Greenbean's Crafterole always has such great ideas! I have been needing an excuse to purchase a Bind It All for a long time, and I think I just found it!  These paintchip notepads would make such great gifts or party favors!!

And finally - Leslie at Saving Grace Creations had me with casters!  Her Industrial Chic Coffee Table can wheel its way into my house any day!!

That's all for today!  I hope you have a fabulous weekend!!  Don't forget to link up to Saturday Social this weekend!  Oh yeah - I almost forgot!  I haven't gotten the button up on my blog yet - but I am FINALLY ON Twitter!!  'Bout time, right??  Check it out @SoclSalutations
