Hello! I hope everyone is bright eyed and bushy-tailed on this Sunday morning!! Hubby and I went out to dinner and to a comedy club with some friends last night, and I must admit, I'm a wee bit tired today. Please tell me when I crossed the line from being able to stay out all night to being dragging tired - even though we were home by midnight?? I mean I'm not exactly a spring chicken anymore, but seriously?
Believe it or not, my night last night actually does lead me into today's project. Since we really don't get out much, last night's date was kind of an event. :) So OF COURSE I needed to make a new necklace for the occasion!
About 6 years ago (has it really been that long?) I purchased this bracelet to wear to a friend's wedding. I think I got it at either Express or the Limited, can't remember. (The memory is the first thing to go, right?)
I found this in my jewelry box a few months ago and thought it would be really cute to add some ribbon to make a necklace. That's what I did - a little ribbon, a rosette pin - done and done!
Super pretty - and super easy to make. It literally took me like 15 minutes, if that.
Well - enjoy the rest of your Sunday!! We have a Superbowl Party to attend tonight, and today is actually my 9 year anniversary of living in Atlanta!! I can't believe I moved here from NJ that long ago - time flies when you get old!! OK, enough about that - I'm going to go take my vitamins and get ready for the early bird special. :o)
Till tomorrow!!
